Some focus timers keep you going with a penalty: leave early and your plant withers. That works until the day you actually need to stop, and then the app is one more thing you have let down.
Wobblefolk is a Pomodoro timer with a doodle friend who wiggles along while you work. Finished sessions turn into points, and points unlock new looks for your friend. Stop early and nothing withers. The minutes you did still go in your log.

How it works
- Meet your friend. Open the app and your friend gets its own number. There is nothing to sign up for.
- Say what you’re working on. Your friend asks what you’ll do and for how long. The default slots are 15, 25 and 50 minutes, and you can change them.
- Focus, then rest. Doodles gather around your friend while you work, and it gets sleepy eyes on your break. Points you earn unlock parts in the Sketchbook.
Features
- Stopping is fine. Nothing withers, and the time you put in stays in your log. Only finished sessions earn points.
- A timer that keeps running. It stays accurate in the background, on the Lock Screen and after the app closes. A Live Activity and the Dynamic Island let you pause a session or skip a break.
- A free mode. Use it as a stopwatch for work without a set length.
- Records you can take with you. See today and this week at a glance, with totals by task, and export to CSV for free.
- A real Wobblefolk. Your friend has the same kind of ID as a character on wobblefolk.com, the doodle avatar maker, and you can share it as a link or a story card.

FAQ
Where can I get it? It is on the App Store now, free. It runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later, in English, Korean and Japanese.
Does it cost anything? The timer, records and CSV export are free, with no ads or subscription. You unlock the free parts with points. Four optional theme sets (Party, Animals, Everyday & Hobbies, Halloween), shown as pages in the shop, are one-time purchases of $2.99 each in the US, as of 5 November 2026. Points can’t buy them, and they work with Family Sharing.
Does it work with Wobblefolk Pro from the website? No. The app and the Wobblefolk avatar maker are separate products. Web Pro doesn’t unlock the app’s theme sets, and the sets don’t unlock web Pro.
What happens to my data? There is no account, and the App Store lists the app as “Data Not Collected”. Your records stay on your device and in any iOS backups you turn on. Your points history, which includes the time and length of sessions that earned points, syncs to your own iCloud along with your unlocked parts. We can’t read that copy, and it doesn’t include task names. Sharing a link to a character that wears paid parts sends its ID and your App Store transaction IDs to our server to confirm the purchase, and the transaction IDs are not stored. The privacy policy has the details.
